Before anything is agreed, we sit down with you, so we can match you with the right home rather than the first one free.

For every home we tell you what you will want to know before you visit, including the things a listing usually leaves out.
03A fair process.
We do not invite bids above the advertised rent, and we assess every applicant on the same criteria.
04Your deposit, protected.
Every deposit is registered with a government-approved protection scheme.
05Repairs that get done.
You will have a named contact, and repairs are dealt with, not logged and forgotten.
06Pets considered.
If you would like to keep a pet, ask. We put every request to the owner fairly.
