The founders
James Kendall
Co-Founder
James founded James Kendall & Co in 2011, a premium estate agency across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire rated 4.9 from over 340 Google reviews. He brings the same standard of marketing and presentation to every home BrickSmith lets.
What we do.
- 01Letting and resident placementWe meet every resident before we place them, and match rather than fill. The aim is longer tenancies, fewer empty months and people who treat a home as their own.
- 02ManagementCompliance, maintenance and resident relations handled in full, so a home is not just occupied but looked after.
- 03Protecting the assetRegular inspections, maintenance before it becomes repair, and full compliance with the rules as they now stand, so the value of what you own is preserved.
- 04Letting privately
- 05The Landlord Review
Together they founded BrickSmith on a simple idea: that a small number of homes, looked after properly, is worth more than a large number managed at arm's length.
